Colorado Green Building of the Year

The CGBG Building of the Year nominations follow a unique process and are subject to careful consideration by the CGBG Board.

The Board is well aware that larger and costlier projects tend to have an edge in such competitions. However, the Board makes a conscious effort to ensure fairness across all project types. Recognizing the importance of sustainability, CGBG aims to level the playing field and promote sustainable practices in all construction endeavors.

By doing so, they encourage projects of all scales to embrace sustainability and achieve recognition for their commitment to a greener future. Whether it is a small-scale development or a large-scale construction, CGBG values and acknowledges sustainability as a vital factor in their Building of the Year nominations.
